About Get AHEAD

The Get AHEAD program gives schools access to rigorous math courses for students who identify as a black , Indigeneous, or a woman of color. Offered as an educational after-school program, sySTEMic Flow® aims to promote math literacy by offering Calculus classes and empowering black women to pursue degrees in STEM while helping them confront the kinds of interactions and experiences they will face in this industry. sySTEMic Flow® offers  enrichment classes and skill-focused seminars that tackle social issues as well as allowing participants to gain practical skills outside the classroom setting.
