Algebra 1 Prep is the critical element in secondary mathematics education. In this class, students will develop the ability to explore and solve real-world application problems. Students will solve problems using equations, graphs and tables to investigate linear relationships. Topics include evaluation of algebraic equations, exponent rules and manipulation, solving and graphing linear equations, solving systems of equations, radicals, and word problems.
Courses will be held three times a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 1:30-3:00 PM, from July 10 - August 11.
