A Distinct Identity
Who We Are
Here at sySTEMic Flow, we are driven by a single goal; increasing the number of black women in STEM. Currently in its start-up phase, sySTEMic Flow plans to expose black women in Boston of the opportunities STEM offers while they are in high school and throughout college. Offered as an educational after-school program, sySTEMic Flow aims to promote math literacy by offering Calculus classes and empower black women to pursue degrees in STEM while helping them confront the kinds of interactions and experiences they will face in this industry through enrichment classes and skill-focused seminars that tackles social issues as well as gain practical skills outside the classroom setting.We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.

With our organization’s mission always in mind, sysTEMic Flow will provide curriculum-based instruction that will expose students to prerequisite courses they are required to take such as Calculus I. In the classrooms, students will be provided real life scenario examples that will relate and enhance student learning for the college transition.Our team is dedicated to ensure that our students transition into to college is academically stress free. Reinforcing our Commitment
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for our students. Students will be able to deepen their professional development skills by applying what they learned through our academic academy and apply it to the STEM industry.
